--Kate Transue is a painter from Bucks Co, PA. She graduated with a BFA from Arcadia University in 2012. Kate has travelled through England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, as well as throughout many states in America. Wherever she goes, she finds inspiration. Her work bounces from figurative to still life, to narrative illustrations, and every where in between. Her current passion is creating india ink paintings of animals, such as birds, dogs and cats. It is a constant challenge to capture the soul of an animal in it's eyes - a challenge that Kate gladly embraces. Kate's work has been shown in VOLUP2, a french art house publication. She has been shown in coffeehouses, restaurants and galleries throughout America, as well as overseas in Ireland.
