Danielle received her MFA from Rutgers' Mason Gross School of the Arts in 2006, and her BFA from Temple University's Tyler School of Art in 1995. She has shown throughout the region and has been reviewed in publications such as the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Pittsburgh City Paper. She has been selected for a Fleisher Challenge exhibition, a solo show at the Abington Art Center and a CDP Fellowship with the Center for Emerging Visual Artists. Her recent solo shows include Ways and Means at 110 Church Gallery and Currents at Bluestone Gallery, both in Philadelphia. Her work has appeared in numerous group shows, in spaces including Locks Gallery (Philadelphia), Texas Firehouse (NYC) and the Main Line Art Center (Haverford, PA) as the lynchpin artist for the show Danielle Bursk: From the Studio to Facebook.
