Robert Reinhardt is a Philadelphia artist/educator. His work actively explores his love of nature versus man-made structures through painting and photography. With degrees from Tyler School of Art and University of the Arts, Reinhardt teaches at Germantown Friends and the Fleisher Art Memorial. His work has been exhibited in national and local galleries and juried exhibitions, as well as public, corporate and private collections including the Philadelphia Museum of Art. This book continues my study of landscapes and utilizing basic forms to find an appropriate visual vocabulary to define my landscapes. The additional structure of using a book template allowed me to provide additional angles and points of view I wouldn't normally have when using a strictly 2D format. I have always been drawn to the visual power of the circle. Using the Solar System as a theme allowed me a little bit of playful creativity in creating the different worlds.
