Alan Eddy, author of Hound and Muskrat: I am a 60-year-old retired records manager originally educated as a horticulturist and librarian. This story is from Letters and Diaries of Queen Chipsa – a work that I started in the year 1968. A quick perusal of this opus will reveal that I am an amateur medievalist, amateur botanist, and would-be philanthropist. It will also be obvious that I am a fan of Narnia, Middle-Earth, Earthsea, and Hogwarts. The sequel to The Land of Nye is a longer and more meditative work called Polara’s Peace: The letters and diaries of Queen Chipsa (still only rough notes at this point). I can be reached via email sirpatrickofnye@gmail.com
