Blending my art and my lifestyle choices, I choose to treat myself and the world around me with loving kindness.  It is through this daily practice that I am able to share my light. Ritual allows for the space to be my genuine self.  Integrating a daily ritual of self care enables me to practice being as kind to myself as i am to those i love.  A time to let go of my critical self so that my loving self can have space to shine.
