Rituals of the Universe

"Rituals of the Universe" is a one-sheet book folded to allow the viewer to see into the opening of the interior world of antiquity that contrasts with the outer contemporary world. Using images from the Hubble telescope, parrots look at the everyday cycle of sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset and the revolution of the planets in the solar system. Interior worlds are images of how antiquity pictured the celestial heavens with vintage maps of the heavens. We observe and learn or observe and don't learn. The choice is ours.
