Mary Phelan has been a member of the faculty at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia since 1981. She was a co-founder of the MFA Book Arts+Printmaking Program and continues to teach in the graduate and undergraduate programs. Phelan has published both her own work as well as collaborating on projects with other artists. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally and is a part of many museum and university collections.
