I am a graphic artist who creates works on paper. My current body of work is a series of abstract relief prints, created from "plates" made of recycled cut papers, cardboard and found textures. This process has been developing out of my interest to create prints that retain the visual appeal of etchings but without the need for metal plates, acids and other toxic chemicals. The resulting prints invoke tradition and establish a sense of balance and order.
