ENTRY FEE:
$30.00 for up to three works

All entries will be submitted in digital format through this website.
No slides will be accepted. Applicants will be required to create a profile to apply.

PRESENTATION
All entries must be suitably framed and ready for hanging and installation. A limited number of pedestals are available; please inquire upon acceptance to make arrangements.

ARTWORK [ SIZE / MATERIAL / MEDIUMS ]
Drawings in any medium are eligible with no limitations to color, surface, or materials.
All medi­ums will be con­sid­ered includ­ing video and per­for­mance.
Drawings must have been com­pleted within the past two years.
Drawings must have a visual component.
Drawings must be original and not violate any copyright laws.

Flat artwork should not exceed 40 inches in either direction. Three-dimentional work should not exceed 24 inches in any dimension.

Fragile or precious materials that cannot withstand handling, storage, and transportation will not be accepted.

COMMISSION
Heavy Bubble and 110 CHURCH gallery do not take a commission on sales. Payment from the buyer is made directly to the Artist.

INSURANCE
Heavy Bubble and 110 CHURCH gallery assume no liability for any damages that may occur during this exhibit. We are not responsible for artwork left past May 28th, unless arrangements have been made in writing.

DELIVERY
Artists are respon­si­ble for deliv­ery and removal of art­work.
All works must have an identification label attached to the front. A form will be provided online.

FINALISTS
Finalists will be asked to enter an artist’s narrative and a personal statement responding to the exhibition theme (short). This information will be used to create an artist’s profile/bio. A headshot or photograph of the artist will be required for marketing purposes.
