Saturday December 11, 1:30-4, artists Nancy Barch & Doree Loschiavo talk about their process of mixed media. They will have unframed artwork available for sale and a bottle of some strange spirits to ward off the cold.

Nancy Barch's work can be seen annually at the Rittenhouse Square Fine Arts Festival, both June and September shows and in the Yellow Springs Art Show, Chester County.

Nancy Barch

My work is primarily mixed media. The pieces are started with acrylic or watercolor paint and then layers are adhered one step at a time to create the overall look. I use many image transfers as well as collage elements. Please visit my website for more information.

Doree Loschiavo

Doree is a graduate of University of the Arts. Paints in the abstract impressionistic technique in watermedia, mixed media and oil, creating works of spontaneous energy, mood and color. She has won awards in local and national juried shows. She has earned signature status with the Philadelphia  Water Color Society and Pennsylvania Watercolor Society.
