Education Program Director / Asian Arts Initiative POSITION OVERVIEW The Education Program Director will be supervised by the Executive Director and will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and supervision of the Youth Arts Workshop Program at all three sites. The Education Program Director will supervise the Education Program Associate, Teaching Staff and Consultants hired for the program. S/he will develop and oversee implementation of the Youth Arts Workshop Program, and will be a key liaison between Asian Arts Initiative and administration and staff at the schools, the School District of Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Department of Education, students, parents, and community partners.
